New Update: Main Menu redone

UI has been completely redone. It makes it a lot easier to pick weapons and local multiplayer is easier now. Because of the new ui, some features have been temporarily removed, like the random mode and splat battle, and the ability to create names for yourself. There is one new character, three (or maybe more?) new fan weapons from discord. There is an animation at the start of battles, and bots use sub weapons now. Bots are also less buggy and harder than before. Music has been added, though it's unofficial music from royalty free websites. A lot of other minor changes and bug fixes have also been made, but I won't list all those here. Enjoy!
